My fascination with the effect that nutrition has on our health and functioning began early on in my life. After years of my own trial and error, research and reading, I sought a formal education and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in 2007. As an advocate for women’s health, I began focusing on naturally nourishing women and their reproductive health. The pregnancy and births of my two children solidified my devotion to empowering women with the tools necessary to thrive during their childbearing years with confidence. Dedicated to providing thorough, relevant and up to date guidance, I’m continually deepening knowledge through further education, training and research. This work is my life's passion and I feel extremely fulfilled to be able to support other women on their journey through motherhood.
